So sad that we can't be there in person to guess how many squares of TP it will take to go around you and to make you sample and guess a barrage of nasty-ass baby food.

You have been through so many ups and downs in this journey -- both before and after you got knocked-up.  We have the penguin we never mailed and never will mail on our fertility altar, just to remind us.  Hopefully that's the last item like that we'll ever have to deal with.  I'm so thrilled for you that within a fortnight or so, you'll be holding your very own squirmy squaller.

We have a toy penguin that we were going to mail to New York.  I'm so glad that we didn't mail it yet.

What to do with it now? 

We'll put it up for safe-keeping.  It will have a home.  There will need to be some healing first, but it will have a a home when it is time.  Until then I send lots of love your way.
